We have provided training in areas such as: Action Research Participatory Evaluation Participatory arts and documentary practices, including photography, video, digital storytelling&#8230; Community project planning Monitoring and evaluation Qualitative research methods Cross-cultural work In addition to the provision of training, we support capacity building through: Providing mentoring and staff support to community and project workers Undertaking training needs analysis for organisations Developing or brokering relevant training and support for workforce development in community organisations and government departments Undertaking organisational and workforce development initiatives to build organisational capacity for effective community work in government and community organisations]]></description>
